Wall Street law firms Cravath, Paul Weiss, and Sullivan & Cromwell steered the agreement between Citigroup Inc. and Apollo Global Management Inc. to work together on $25 billion in deals over the next five years.
Cravath, Swaine & Moore guided Citi, while Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and Sullivan & Cromwell served as regulatory counsel to Apollo, according to a statement by Citi.
