Michael N. Samuels has joined Thompson Hine as a partner in the real estate practice group in the New York office, the firm said Tuesday.
Samuels, who joins from Moses Singer, has experience with acquisitions, sales, leasing, financings, and the development of large multifamily apartment projects, according to Thompson Hine.
His clients include real estate equity investors, corporations, major financial institutions, pension funds, developers, commercial tenants, and high-net-worth individuals, said the firm.
