Thompson Hine Recruits Mark Cipolletti as White Collar Partner

Mark Cipolletti joined Thompson Hine as a partner in its white collar defense and investigations subgroup in Washington, the firm announced Monday.

At Thompson Hine, Cipolletti will represent clients in government enforcement investigations, including matters involving complex financial fraud, securities fraud, market manipulation, public corruption, and cross-border crimes, the firm said.

He joins from the Justice Department, where he was principal assistant chief of the criminal division’s fraud section.
