Thompson Hine hired Robyn Axberg as a partner in its corporate transactions and securities practice in Chicago, the firm announced Thursday.
Axberg, who joins from Polsinelli PC, advises privately held and founder-led companies on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. She represents businesses across insurance, fintech and financial services, technology, manufacturing, hospitality, and consumer products industries, the firm said.
