Thompson Hine Places Jones Day Finance Partner Brown in Atlanta

Phillip Brown joined Thompson Hine as a partner in its commercial and public finance practice in Atlanta, the firm announced Monday.

Brown’s practice focuses on commercial finance transactions, including secured and unsecured debt facilities, cross-border and multicurrency transactions, and acquisition financings. He represents both lenders and borrowers across syndicated, club, and single-lender transactions, with industry experience spanning technology, financial services, health care, fintech, manufacturing, agriculture, energy and utilities, and retail, the firm said.

He joins from Jones Day.
