Koenecke joined the New York office, while McKinlay, Slack and Webster joined the Washington, D.C. office.
Koenecke advises on ERISA compliance with health plan experience, including the Affordable Care Act, No Surprises Act, MHPAEA, and Title I fiduciary responsibilities.
