Thompson Hine Expands Employee Benefits Team With Seven Lawyers

Kristin Koenecke, Shira McKinlay, Eric Slack and Michelle Webster joined Thompson Hine as counsel in its employee benefits and executive compensation practice, the firm announced Tuesday, along with three associates. Koenecke joined the New York office, while McKinlay, Slack and Webster joined the Washington, D.C. office.

Koenecke advises on ERISA compliance with health plan experience, including the Affordable Care Act, No Surprises Act, MHPAEA, and Title I fiduciary responsibilities.
