Thompson Hine Boosts Labor Practice With Partner David Leopold

David Leopold joined Thompson Hine as a partner in its labor and employment and immigration practices in Cleveland, the firm announced Wednesday.

Leopold represents employers, health systems, research institutions, and individuals in complex matters spanning employment and family-based immigration, consular practice, I-9 compliance and internal audits, complex waivers of inadmissibility, agency investigations, removal defense, and federal court litigation. He is a past president and past general counsel of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has testified as an immigration law expert before Congress, the firm said.
