Mitchell Kim joined Thompson Hine as a partner in its litigation group in Los Angeles, the firm announced Tuesday.
Kim represents Fortune 500 companies, private enterprises, and South Korea-based corporations in high-stakes business litigation. He has first-chaired 17 trials and advises clients on complex disputes involving contract, securities, corporate ownership, partnerships, asset distribution, and intellectual property matters, the firm said.
He joins from Buchalter.
