Thompson Coburn Recruits Fran Skoller as Banking Partner in NY

Fran Skoller joined Thompson Coburn as a partner in its banking and commercial finance practice group in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Skoller advises on commercial lending and loan workouts, including DIP financings, the firm said.

She also advises companies at all stages of their lifecycle, offering counsel on entity formation, client contracts, and serving as de facto general counsel.
