Kenyen Brown has joined Thompson Coburn as a white collar defense and investigations partner in Washington, D.C., and John Howard has joined as health care partner in St. Louis, Mo., the firm said Tuesday.
Brown, who joins from Hughes Hubbard, formerly served as a US attorney for the Southern District of Alabama, as assistant US attorney in Mobile, Ala., and was on staff for the ethics committees of the US Senate and House. He focuses on white-collar criminal litigation and compliance counseling, according to Thompson Coburn.
Howard advises health systems, large physician groups, health plans, and health care executives on regulatory, transactional, and organizational issues, Thompson Coburn said. He served as senior vice president and chief operating officer of the Physician Network at Novant Health.
Liz DiMichele has also joined as an employment counsel in New York, according to the firm.
