Thompson Coburn Adds Kugler, Toosley as Litigation Partners

Adam Toosley and Laura Ellis Kugler joined Thompson Coburn as litigation partners, the firm announced Monday.

Toosley joined the business litigation practice in Chicago, while Kugler joined the mass tort litigation and product liability team in Dallas.

Kugler litigates matters related to products, premises, employment, and professional liability. She has served as national coordinating counsel for defendants in asbestos and talc litigation, the firm said.

Toosley represents lenders, owners, contractors, and suppliers in disputes over payments, foreclosures, defects, fraud and bond claims in court, arbitration, and mediation, the firm said.
