Akerman Recruits Lepore to Labor, Employment Practice in Chicago

Christopher Lepore rejoined Akerman as a partner in the labor and employment practice group in Chicago, the firm announced Tuesday.

Lepore advises employers nationwide on complex workplace challenges, including compliance counseling, employment litigation, and workplace policy development. He helps businesses navigate sensitive employment issues such as hiring, terminations, performance management, wage-and-hour compliance, and accommodations.

Lepore represents employers and senior executives in disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour violations, and restrictive covenants, the firm said.
