Kristy Fields joined Sterlington as a partner in the executive compensation practice in New York, the firm announced March 26.
Fields negotiates and drafts complex compensation and benefits packages in connection with mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, restructurings, hirings, separations, and other transformative moments for founders, CEOs and senior executives. She advises clients across several regulated and unregulated industries, including oil and gas, real estate, technology, financial services, and infrastructure, the firm said.
She joins from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
