Spencer Fane Recruits Michael MacPhail as Partner in Denver

Michael MacPhail joined Spencer Fane as a partner in the litigation and dispute resolution practice group in Denver, the firm announced Thursday.

MacPhail represents investment advisors, broker-dealers, publicly traded corporations, transfer agents, accounting firms, law firms, and licensed individuals in civil and criminal investigations, enforcement actions, and private litigation.

His practice focuses on securities litigation, advising and representing clients in investigations and litigation before the SEC and other regulatory authorities, the firm said.
