Janelle Iturbe joined Quarles & Brady as a partner in the real estate practice group in Phoenix, the firm announced Wednesday.
Iturbe advises clients on real estate and financing matters, including homebuilder financing, land banking, acquisition and development lending, joint ventures, and asset management. She represents homebuilders, developers, investment managers and lenders, the firm said.
