Ben Griffith rejoined Katten as a partner in the health-care practice in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.
Griffith advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, with a focus on representing physician practice management platforms, hospitals and health systems on mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, joint ventures and physician alignment strategies, the firm said.
Griffith rejoins from GI Alliance.
