Jerry Fujii and Naoki Ueyama joined Morgan Lewis as partners in the real estate practice Tokyo, the firm announced Monday.
Fujii is a registered foreign lawyer in Japan and licensed in California. He handles domestic and cross-border real estate transactions and corporate and international finance on behalf of real estate investment funds, REITs, sovereign wealth funds, and real estate lenders, the firm said.
