David Huthmacher joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher as a private equity partner in Munich, the firm announced Monday.
Huthmacher advises private equity funds, corporations, and investors on German and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. He also advises on public takeovers and corporate reorganizations and teaches capital markets law and corporate law at the University of Passau, the firm said.
