Sanjay Wadhwa joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a partner in the securities litigation and white collar defense, regulatory, and investigations practices in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Wadhwa previously served as acting director of the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement, overseeing a team that investigated and prosecuted federal securities law violations.
