John Fitzgerald joined Schulte Roth & Zabel as a partner in the investment management group in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Fitzgerald’s practice focuses on advising on registered investment funds, including mutual funds, closed-end funds, ETFs, business development companies, and private wealth platforms. He represents clients on matters related to the Investment Company Act of 1940, the firm said.
Fitzgerald joins from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
