Cozen O’Connor Adds Leslie Poirier King as Construction Member

Leslie Poirier King joined Cozen O’Connor as a member in the construction law group in Boston, the firm announced Monday.

King advises and represents contractors, owners, architects, engineers, landscape architects, and interior designers in construction disputes. She negotiates and drafts contracts, handles mediations, arbitrations, and litigation matters involving various projects and industries, the firm said.

King’s practice focuses on assisting clients through all stages of construction projects, including contract negotiations, drafting agreements, and handling disputes. She represents clients in state, federal, appellate, and tribal courts, the firm said.
