Elizabeth Dominguez Yaeger joined Jones Day as a partner in its real estate practice in Washington, the firm announced Monday.
Yaeger represents private equity firms, lenders, real estate funds, and data infrastructure owners and operators in domestic and cross-border transactions, the firm said. Her work focuses on real estate, digital infrastructure, and telecommunications sectors, including asset acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, financing, data center leases, and telecommunication agreements.
She will also be part of the firm’s energy transition and infrastructure initiative.
