On the merger side, I helped navigate ShowingTime Inc. through an extended review by the Federal Trade Commission of its $500 million vertical acquisition by Zillow Group. During the course of the review, Lina Khan was appointed chair of the agency, and she announced her intent to significantly shift agency priorities that affected the FTC’s review in real time.
