Please describe two of your most substantial, recent wins in practice.

Most recently, I co-led the team that represented 3M in the Combat Arms Earplug MDL. As part of that representation, we negotiated and secured a $6 billion settlement, resolving the largest MDL in history, comprising over 290,000 federal cases. I currently oversee the implementation of that settlement, including successfully arguing at a daylong fairness hearing for a novel application of Section 3(a)(10) of the Securities Laws, permitting the use of $1 billion in securities as part of the settlement.
