Teledyne-FLIR Deal Got China Antitrust Nod, Dealreporter Says

Teledyne Technologies’s deal to buy FLIR Systems received unconditional approval from China’s State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR), Dealreporter said citing an announcement.

  • Deal approved on April 25, Dealreporter said
  • NOTE: April 1, Teledyne’s LFIR Acquisition Cleared in Canada and Germany
  • The deal is expected to be completed by 2H of this year
  • TDY will report earnings on April 28 and FLIR is expected to report May 6; both companies are holding extraordinary shareholders meeting on May 13
