Technology Transactions Lawyer Tom Oslovar Joins Baker McKenzie

Tom Oslovar joined Baker McKenzie as a partner in its transactional practice group in Palo Alto, the firm announced Tuesday.

Oslovar brings more than a decade of experience advising clients in Silicon Valley and throughout the United States on transactional IP matters and tech M&A deals. He has led IP work on more than 500 M&A transactions and advises founders, investors, in-house legal teams, and boards of directors on technology development and commercialization across diverse sectors, the firm said.
