Taufatofua Joins Corporate, Finance Teams at Vinson & Elkins

Chris Taufatofua has joined Vinson & Elkins as a partner with the corporate and finance practices in London, the firm said Monday.

Taufatofua, who joins the firm from Milbank, focuses on energy and infrastructure matters, especially project development, finance and other transactions in the energy transition, LNG, and power and renewables, according to Vinson & Elkins.

He works with lenders, sponsors, governments, and contractors across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, Vinson & Elkins said.
