Tarter Krinsky & Drogin Recruit Duo for Litigation Practice

David Lackowitz and Zaid Shukri joined Tarter Krinsky & Drogin as partners in the litigation practice, the firm announced Tuesday.

Lackowitz represents clients in shareholder derivative suits, professional liability, business, real estate, banking, family, construction, and employment matters. He counsels clients through regulatory investigations and handles appeals, and has tried cases before the Supreme Court of the State of New York and the Delaware Chancery Court and various arbitration tribunals.
