Richard DiStefano joined Tarter Krinsky & Drogin as a partner in the corporate, securities, and M&A practice in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
DiStefano has advised domestic and foreign private issuers, underwriters, broker-dealers and key corporate stakeholders. He guides clients through public and private equity and debt securities offerings, corporate governance, SEC filings and compliance, and securities exchange regulations. He also counsels on matrimonial matters involving complex business interests, the firm said.
He joins from Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney.
