Lewis Kuper joined Tarter Krinsky & Drogin as chair of the cooperatives & condominiums practice and as a partner in the real estate practice, the firm announced Thursday.
Kuper represents sellers, purchasers, landlords, tenants, lenders and borrowers in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate. His work includes the purchase and sale of apartment and office buildings, hotels, and shopping centers, and he advises on high-end residential property transactions, joint venture and operating agreements, and real estate syndication offerings, the firm said.
He joins from Abrams Fensterman.
