Tampa Real Estate Lawyer Flowers Joins Squire Patton Boggs

Squire Patton Boggs hired Richmond Flowers as a principal in its global real estate practice in Tampa, Florida, the firm announced Wednesday.

Flowers focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, representing clients in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate financing, land use and zoning, and other matters, according to the firm. He routinely represents financial institutions in documenting, negotiating, and closing real estate and asset-based loans, the firm said.

He joins from Burr & Forman.
