Rick Pilch joined Taft LLP as a partner in its real estate practice in Atlanta, the firm announced Wednesday.
Pilch advises institutional and corporate clients on the leasing, acquisition, sale, and development of commercial properties, with a particular focus on industrial leasing. He represents clients in complex real estate transactions across the country involving industrial warehouses and distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, office buildings, medical facilities, and hotels, the firm said.
He joins from Alston & Bird.
