Cameron Cosby joined Sullivan & Worcester as a partner in its REITs and tax practices in Washington, the firm announced Thursday.
Cosby represents REITs and real estate companies in a wide range of transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and going-private transactions. He advises both issuers and underwriters in real estate-related capital markets transactions and public and private mergers and acquisitions, the firm said.
He joins from Fried Frank.
