Sullivan & Cromwell’s Anselmi Moves to Simpson Thacher in NY (1)

John Anselmi joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as a partner in its banking and credit practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Anselmi advises sponsors, borrowers and lenders on project and infrastructure financing transactions, including bank financings, private placements, bonds and private credit transactions. He represents clients across oil and gas, LNG, digital infrastructure, logistics and infrastructure, mining and renewables sectors, and has advised clients on projects in the United States, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, the firm said.

He joins from Sullivan & Cromwell, where he worked as special counsel, according to his LinkedIn profile.
