Dalia Blass, an investment management lawyer, will join Sullivan & Cromwell as a partner in Washington, D.C., the firm said Tuesday.
She will provide strategic and regulatory advice to asset managers, registered and private funds, and fund boards on governance, compliance, examination, and enforcement matters, according to Sullivan & Cromwell.
Blass previously served as the director of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s division of investment management and global head of external affairs at BlackRock, said the firm.
