Christopher McLaughlin and Alastair McVeigh joined Sullivan & Cromwell as partners in its London office, the firm announced Tuesday. McLaughlin will lead the private equity sponsor and borrower acquisition, and leveraged finance practices in London, while McVeigh will lead the European private credit offering, including direct and specialty lending.
McLaughlin advises private equity sponsors and providers of private credit on acquisitions and leveraged finance transactions. He is ranked by Chambers UK as a Leading Individual for Leveraged Finance and recognized by Legal 500 as a Leading Partner for Acquisition Finance.
