Sullivan & Cromwell Nabs Kirkland Private Equity, Tax Partners

Aprajita Dhundia and Ian Ferreira joined Sullivan & Cromwell as partners in its London office, the firm announced Tuesday. Dhundia joined the private equity and M&A practices, while Ferreira joined the tax group.

Dhundia advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on the full spectrum of corporate transactions, including complex acquisitions and divestitures across a range of industries. Her practice focuses on managing complex deal dynamics for sophisticated private equity sponsors, the firm said.
