Sullivan & Cromwell Nabs Antitrust Partner Hine in Washington DC

Carla Hine joined Sullivan & Cromwell as a partner in its antitrust group in Washington, D.C., the firm announced Monday.

Hine advises clients on the antitrust aspects of complex mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures including compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act. She counsels on merger review, HSR compliance, competitor collaborations, information-sharing issues, interlocking directorate restrictions, trade association participation and distribution practices, and represents clients before U.S. antitrust agencies with significant experience in government investigations before the Federal Trade Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice, the firm said.
