Jeff Wall and a group of Sullivan & Cromwell litigation partners left for Gibson Dunn, the firm said Tuesday.

Wall, who was acting solicitor general in the first Trump administration, will help lead Gibson Dunn’s appellate and constitutional law practice. Morgan Ratner and Judson Littleton are also joining the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, while Yaira Dubin will be based in New York.
