Sullivan & Cromwell Hires Regina Readling as New York Partner

Regina Readling rejoined Sullivan & Cromwell LLP as a partner in its executive compensation group in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Readling’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, initial public offerings, and other strategic transactions, as well as advising public and private companies, boards of directors, compensation committees, and executives, the firm said.
