Patrick Clancy joined Sullivan & Cromwell as counsel in its London office, the firm announced Friday.
Clancy, who joins from A&O Shearman, advises financial institutions, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, investment funds, and private equity sponsors and managers, among other clients. His practice spans complex financial products, including derivatives, credit default swaps and equity linked products, the firm said.
