Sullivan & Cromwell Adds Restructuring, PE Partners in London

Kon Asimacopoulos and Michael Francies joined Sullivan & Cromwell as partners in its London office, the firm announced Monday.

Asimacopoulos is ranked in Band 1 for restructuring/insolvency by Chambers UK and will lead the firm’s European restructuring and special situations practice. He will co-lead the firm’s global restructuring practice and co-lead the London office, the firm said.

Francies has advised on public and private transactions across various industry sectors and has been ranked Band 1 in both private equity and corporate/M&A by Chambers UK. He is listed in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame for both private equity and M&A, ...
