Sullivan & Cromwell Adds Elbaum, Gadson as Shareholder Partners

Lawrence Elbaum and Patrick Gadson joined Sullivan & Cromwell as partners in its corporate governance practice in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.

Elbaum and Gadson advise public companies of all sizes on activism defense preparation, director nominations, proxy fights, short attacks, and other special situations. They will focus on advising clients on corporate governance matters and shareholder activism defense strategies, the firm said.
