Jenny Tran has joined Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth as a shareholder in the corporate and securities practice, the firm said Wednesday.
Tran handles mergers and acquisitions, corporate and tax planning for owners of privately held businesses on entity design, and risk management and allocation, according to Stradlng Yocca.
She previously served as a partner at Brown & Streza.
