Richard Peterson joined Stradley Ronon as a partner in its tax practice in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.
Peterson advises on partnership tax planning, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including taxable and tax-free transactions with both asset and stock acquisitions, the firm said.
He joins from Perkins Coie.
