Kaitlyn Grajek joined Stradley Ronon as a partner in its employment practice in Newark and New York offices, the firm announced Monday.

Grajek represents employers across multiple industries in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, medical leave claims, wage and hour claims, whistleblower actions, and professional liability. She assists clients with the drafting and review of non-compete and related agreements and counsels employers in connection with workplace policies, compliance and risk mitigation, the firm said.

She joins from Freeman Mathis & Gary.
