Stradley Ronon Adds Ropes & Gray Partner Sadofsky in New York

Matthew Sadofsky joined Stradley Ronon as a partner in its corporate practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Sadofsky’s capital markets practice encompasses public and private offerings, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, private investments in public equity and debt financing. He advises private, emerging and public company issuers and financial institutions in securities and regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters, and counsels business development companies, registered funds, and closed-end funds on regulatory compliance and fund transactions.

He joins from Ropes & Gray.
