Adam C. Witt has joined Stoel Rives as a partner in the real estate practice group in San Diego, Calif., the firm said Monday.
Witt, who joins from Finch Thornton & Baird, advises clients on business formation, operation and governance, and commercial transactions, according to Stoel Rives.
He has experience with drafting and negotiating real estate transactions and construction contracts in addition to dispute resolution and litigation, said the firm.
