Meaghan Nelson joined Stoel Rives as a partner in its corporate group in Boise, Idaho, the firm announced Monday.

Nelson advises clients in public company reporting and securities law, shareholder engagement, and corporate transactions, the firm said.

She also provides counseling on executive compensation plans and guides clients through high-stakes corporate governance issues.
