Tohan’s practice spans renewable energy development, carbon capture and sequestration, energy infrastructure, and complex regulatory compliance under federal and state environmental laws. He advises on permitting, enforcement defense, and carbon-credit transactions, and helps clients navigate climate and environmental regulations.
